When you get to the online payment portal site you will want to click on Create an account. This will take you to a page where it asks you to enter your full name, email address & password. Be sure to save this information and don’t share it with anyone. Once you have completed this step you will click submit and it will take you to a page where it asks for the email verification code. You should have received an email from Portal Support (support@billingdoc.net) with a 6 (six) digit verification code that you will enter here. If you don’t see this email check your spam folder  or have it resent. If you still dont see it verify that your email is entered correctly and if it is please call the support number listed below. If you made it beyond the email verification step you will be asked to enter your WebID. This is a 5-digit number located on your bill. Once you have entered this number it will tie your North Lake account with your online account and you will be able to set everything however you prefer.
Please keep in mind there is a 3.95% convenience fee for online payments as we use a third party vendor for this option.
