When you get to the online payment portal site you will want to click on Register at the top right. This will take you to a page where it asks you to enter your WebID and Zip Code.  It will verify your service address and allow you to continue. It will then ask for an email and password to create your online account. Be Sure to click the terms and conditions box to continue. Once you have completed this step you will click submit and it will send you a verification email. You should have received a verify email from noreply@payacp.com) with a link to verify your information. If you don’t see this email check your spam folder  or have it resent. If you still dont see it verify that your email is entered correctly and if it is please call the support number listed below.

Once all of this is complete you will login to your account with the information you just set up and from here you can set up your online account how you see fit. You can set auto pay with a credit card or check (please keep in mind that if you want to use a check we have free auto pay available through our office at no charge)
There is a 3.5% service fee for online payments, with a $1.50 minimum, as we use a third party vendor for this option. When using a checking account the service fee is $1.95 no matter the amount.
